Rules & formula

Every point, explained.

Unlike every competing streamer hub, the scoring formula and every threshold are published. No hidden weights. No whale-only side deals. If a number on the leaderboard looks wrong, you can derive it here.

The formula

Zen Points per $1 wagered
BASE × PARTNER_TIER × BOOST × LIVE_WINDOW
LIVE_WINDOW replaces BOOST. They do not stack. When a wager lands during a Kick live session, the live multiplier applies. Outside live windows, the boost multiplier (Phase 2) applies.

Every wager at every partner is converted into Zen Points using the same formula. You see one leaderboard, not eleven. A $100 slot spin at a top-share partner during a live window converts to 150 points.

Every score on the leaderboard has an expandable breakdown showing the exact inputs. Tap the row, see the math.

Category multipliers (BASE)

House edge varies across game categories, so the points rate varies too. Higher-edge games earn more points per dollar because they pay more revenue share.

CategoryPoints per $1Examples
Slots1.0xClassic and in-house originals
Live dealer0.8xLive-dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat
Sports / match0.6xPre-match and in-play sports, esports
Case opening0.5xCase openings, battles, upgrades

Partner multipliers (PARTNER_TIER)

Each partner's multiplier reflects their rev-share rate with Zen. Top-share partners earn 1.0x. Partners with smaller rev share scale down to 0.7 or 0.8. Published by partner, never negotiated privately.

Live-window multipliers (LIVE_WINDOW)

Baseline during Kick live
1.5x
Any wager landing inside a Kick broadcast window
Last-30-min surge
2.0x
Final 30 minutes of each stream

A wager qualifies for the live multiplier if the partner-reported timestamp falls between a Kick stream.online and stream.offline event on the ZenMasterEU channel and the wager is reported to zen-rewards.com within 10 minutes of actual execution.

Edge-of-window tolerance: wagers within 60 seconds of a stream boundary evaluate favourably. Wagers more than 60 seconds outside the window do not qualify regardless of circumstances.

High-drift partners (partner-reported timestamp drift greater than 90 seconds at p95) are capped at 1.25x until the partner's sync is fixed. This is an SLA clause, not a punishment.

Self-selection at period start. Pick your tier in the first 5 days of each monthly period. Choice creates ownership of the result.

Hard lock. Once selected, you cannot switch until the next period. Closes the sandbag exploit.

Auto-demotion. If you pick High but don't hit $10,000, you're placed in Mid at period end. No prize loss, just correct placement.

Historical floor. Placed top-3 in High Roller in any of the last 3 periods? You cannot self-select below Mid next period.

Suggested tier. The UI pre-fills a recommended tier based on your last 30 days of wager. You can still pick any tier you want.

Participation pool

Monthly pool
$1,500
Min wager
$100
Per-player cap
$30

Any player who wagered more than $100 during the period and did not place on a tier leaderboard splits this pool pro-rata by points earned. Capped at $30 per player to keep it from cannibalising tier prizes. Minimum account age: 14 days.

Week-3 Sprint

Monthly pool

Window
Days 15-21

A mid-cycle micro-leaderboard. Tracks points earned only during days 15 through 21 of the monthly period. Independent of the tier leaderboards. Top 10 points-earners in that window share the pool.

Teams (Phase 2)

Team pool
$5,000
Top teams paid

Team size
3 to 8

Teams launch seeded in Month 2: 10 to 15 captain-led official teams, each with 3 to 5 invited members. Open captain creation defers until the seeded pattern proves out.

Team points = sum of members' individual-tier points. Same wager counts for both your personal tier and your team. No double spending.

Anti-whale-stacking: maximum 2 High Roller players per team.

Disputes

Window. Any player may request manual review within 7 days of the disputed event.

Canonical timestamp. Partner-reported UTC timestamp is the source of truth. All timestamps are UTC. Player phone clocks and local time zones are not used.

Review decision is final. Backed by the event-stream audit log.

FAQ

Why three tiers instead of one board?

A single leaderboard concentrates 80 percent of prizes on the top 10 percent of players. The other 270 players have nothing realistic to compete for, which is why they churn to smaller streamers. Three parallel boards give every volume level something to chase.

Why is the BOOST cap 1.5x?

Paid boost slots ship in Phase 2 with a hard cap of 1.5x, max 2 weeks per partner per quarter, rate-card published. The cap prevents any one partner from distorting the board long-term.

What happens if a partner's clock is out of sync?

If a partner's p95 reporting drift is over 90 seconds, their live-window multiplier caps at 1.25x until they fix their sync. Shadow mode runs for 14 days before any partner goes public with the live multiplier.

Can I see the math behind my score?

Yes. Every row on the leaderboard has a chevron. Tap it to see the last 5 wager events with the exact BASE x PARTNER_TIER x LIVE_WINDOW math that produced each point total.

Why was I auto-demoted from High to Mid?

You picked High Roller but wagered less than $10,000 during the period. The system places you in the tier your volume supports. No prize is lost, just correct placement.
