Mid-period micro pool.
Independent of the tier leaderboard. Tracks points earned only during days 15 through 21 of the period. Addresses the mid-period engagement trough.

You're only ranked against players at the same tier. Three parallel boards, not one whale-dominated list.

Top slots in your tier share the pool. Everyone above the wager floor still gets something from the participation pool.
